Here are some of the most common mistakes our real estate agents warn prospective buyers about.

Stretching Your Budget Too Far
Just because you could afford to buy a home on the upper end of your price range doesn't mean you should start your search with those higher-priced properties. Take some time to survey what's available at the lower end of the market before moving up to more costly options. There might be a lovely home available for less than you'd expect to pay, and every dollar counts!
